fat toucan records is a label based in oklahoma, ran by dj special olympics. basically it's a label for whatever. the focus is sampledelia and trash noise, but really anything that peaks interest. it's just for fun. if there was said to be a philosophy or goal, it would be championing free speech, sarcasm, and irony. those things are missing nowadays in modern music, especially in certain outsider genres. putting out people who aren't necessarily musicians would also be one of the goals. birdie goes hoot.
